Crystals have been used for millennia for healing and to enhance life quality. Yoga Academy invites you to join this Crystal Healing Training to explore the history, formation and healing powers of crystals, together with their uses in everyday life as well as in holistic therapies.

 

Level 1 – Foundational Level

• Crystal formations, shapes and sizes and their uses

• How to choose, cleanse, program and store crystals

• Most common crystals and their healing properties

• Learn your birthstone, sun-sign stone and guardian stone

• How to use crystals to enhance all aspects of your life and wellbeing

• The 7 main chakras system

• Characteristics of each chakra

• States of energy flow in the chakras

• How to balance the chakras using crystals

• Self treatment exercises

 

Level 2 – Practitioner Level

• The science and metaphysics behind energy healing

• Attunement into crystal and energy healing

• Sacred geometry and crystal grids

• Healing with crystal wands, pyramids and orgonite

• How to use crystal pendulums

• How to chose the right crystals for specific issues

• Importance of grounding

• How to create a sacred space for healing
